Mr Isaac Appaw-Gyasi, the Chief Executive for New Juaben South Municipal Assembly, has admonished contractor who are currently renovating the Koforidua Jackson Park to speed up work to complete phase one by the end of February 2023.
The MCE made the statement when the management of the Assembly paid a working visit to inspect phase one of the project, which was expected to be completed in December 2022.
Mr Charles Ababio, the project consultant for Soman Consult, said the company could not meet the deadline due to technical issues in terms of new designs and specifications on some aspects of the project.
He assured the MCE that the project would be completed within the extended time granted.
