President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has appointed Mr Bice Osei Kuffour, popularly known as Obuor in the showbiz as the Acting Managing Director of the Ghana Post Company Limited.
Mr Kuffour has been charged to extend postal network services to non-viable areas in the country to enable every Ghanaian to utilise postal services.
Also, he has been asked to improve mail security and ancillary services such as e-commerce of the Company.
His appointment, which takes immediate effect, will be regularised subject to the provisions of Act 505 of 1995 (the Act that governs the operations of the Ghana Post).
