The Ministry of Finance on Thursday released GCC25 million to the Parliament of Ghana.

The amount was arrears of last year’s goods and services allocated to the Parliament.

The Majority Chief Whip, Mr Frank Annoh-Dompreh, disclosed this to the Parliamentary Press Corp on Friday.

He said the Clerk of Parliament and the Head of Accounts were aware that the Finance Ministry has paid the arrears owed the House.
