The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) says it has successfully restored its software application system, following a temporary shutdown.
In a statement, the ORC said it continues to operate within its regular working hours, from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.00 pm.
This schedule ensures that clients can access services and support during the standard working week.
It states, “As of today, the ORC has resumed all its services, reaffirming its commitment to being a reliable partner for businesses in Ghana.
“We express our gratitude to you for your patience with us. We are poised to be your reliable partner in doing business in Ghana,” it added.
The ORC is a pivotal institution in Ghana, responsible for overseeing business registrations, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating the growth of businesses in the country.
The restoration of its software application system is a significant step in enhancing its ability to serve the needs of both existing businesses and those looking to establish themselves in Ghana.
