The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) has temporarily shut down its services to improve system performance.
A statement issued by the ORC stated that the shutdown is due to maintenance works being carried out on its system to reduce the down times being currently experienced.
“We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this situation to forestall future occurrences,” it added.
The ORC plays a pivotal role in the business landscape, facilitating the registration and management of companies and corporate entities within the jurisdiction.
As such, its online application software is a crucial tool for businesses and individuals engaging in commercial activities.
