The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced a one-year partnership deal with AKOA Beverages, producers of AQUABlue Natural Mineral Water.
The deal was announced at a short ceremony at the headquarters of the Ghana Football Association on Thursday in Accra.
Speaking at the ceremony, the President of the Ghana Football Association, Mr. Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku, expressed delight with the decision of AQUABlue to extend support to the association.
He was hopeful that after 12 months, the company would come back to extend the deal.
On his part, the Chief Executive Officer of AKOA Beverages, Mr Shadrach Akoenyenu, said the company would provide water to the Association and refresh the various national teams in the course of the partnership.
”It’s a moment of pride and honour to be a partner of the Ghana Football Association for the next year.
”This is the beginning of a new chapter for AQUABlue Mineral Water and AQUABlue Beverages. Our company stands for perfection and we believe that this partnership will bring to both parties, greatness and success in the next 12 months,” he added.

AKOA Beverages Limited (ABvL) is a beverage manufacturing company currently producing natural mineral water, energy drinks and carbonated soft drinks.
