Ghana has just drawn its second game in the ongoing African Cup of Nations tournament.

Despite a much-improved performance in the second half of the just ended match against Cameroon, the team was still unable to claim all three points at the end of 90 minutes and only managed a paltry point.

There were no goals exchanged as Cameroon and Ghana maintained their unbeaten records in the Africa Cup of Nations.
