In appreciation of their loyalty to the brand, more than 5,000 customers of Mobile Telecommunications Network (MTN) Ghana are receiving gifts such as vouchers, smart phones (Ipro Amber 5s and Kaios), MTN-branded chocolates and Executive Gift Sets, and Valentine’s Day e-cards.

From the 11th to the 28th of February 2021, MTN Ghana will be expressing gratitude to its customers for their continuous patronage of its products and services, and also to assure them of the company’s commitment to continually brightening their lives, especially as the organization begins preparations for its 25th Anniversary in Ghana.

Noel Kojo-Ganson, Chief Marketing Officer, (MTN) Ghana, who announced these in a News Release issued in Accra on February 12, 2021, noted that delivering exciting giveaways for its customers in the month of February formed part of activities marking the celebration of this year’s Season of Love.

Mr Kojo-Ganson emphasized that customer satisfaction remained the company’s number one priority and that the company would continue to roll out relevant offers in its journey to become a digital operator in the near future.

According to the Release, the celebration of MTN Ghana Season of Love was instituted in 2014 as an annual event to show appreciation to MTN’s loyal customers, with thousands of customers having since received various prizes from MTN Ghana.

Customers selected to benefit from the Season of Love are called by staff of MTN Ghana on the official corporate line 0244300000 and MTN does not require any cash or purchase of recharge cards in order to redeem any prize won, the Release stated.

To that effect, the Release added, MTN is urging customers to verify from any of its service centers or call 100 for details of MTN promotions.
